If you have a friend, family or business contact in Ireland ask them to register for a free freespeech account and you can call them completely free of charge by dialing their freespeech VoIP extension number. (If they are in the UK, they can register for a free account with freespeech.co.uk).
You can call users on other VoIP networks around the world for FREE using their SIP address (see how).
If the they are in another part of the world, you can add an additional VOIP line to your account for them to use or they can sign up with a local VOIP provider (worldwide provider list).
