Fig: Account Summary. The first page you will see when you login, it shows you your current balance and subscriptions. Notice the 'Services' menu at the top of the screen, this is used to access the VoIP control panels for any VoIP extensions you may have.
Fig: VoIP Control Panel - VoIP Details. The first tab on the VoIP control panel. It gives you the basic details for your VoIP extension, including configuration details for your VoIP phone/adaptor, your online status and any real phone numbers attached to the extension.
Fig: VoIP Control Panel - Call Divert. Where you configure what happens when your VoIP line is busy,unanswered or offline. Pre-recorded messages used with voicemail or forwarding are also stored here.
Fig: VoIP Control Panel - Phonebook. Each VoIP line has it's own phonebook, the main use of the phonebook is for adding speed-dial contacts which can then be dialed with a two digit short code. Click-to-dial is also supported for some VoIP phones.
Fig: VoIP Control Panel - SMS Sending. SMS's can be sent from the VoIP Control Panel, much easier than using your phone keypad (note: SMS service is one way only - reply is not supported)
Fig: Account Upgrade. You can upgrade your account, add new VoIP lines or add phone numbers at any time by clicking on the order tab and proceeding through the order wizard.
