An additional VOIP line gives you another phone 'extension', the additional line has it's own voicemail and freespeech VoIP extension but is billed through your existing account.
Additional VOIP lines are perfect if you have a number of phone users in your office or home and would like to give them a dedicated line. All the phone settings and details are accessed through your existing control panel.
